Really I have a beefy Computer with one of the best graphic cards and still it is stuck around 30-50 Fps

Verify Integrity
I've never run into a "freezing every 10 seconds issue" but there are some fps drops depending where you are in the map, and at the games CURRENT state, it doesnt matter how beefy your pc is, everyone runs at 20-50 fps and in some areas you can get up to 70 fps.
Game's not optimized
This problem i could fix with deleting the folder "user" in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hunt Showdown\user
