I am looking for a vcc where I can add money to buy something and it prevents billing. I don't want the card to be linked to me by providing my information to verify.

once i receive the payment, i will make card for you.
you can withdraw the card by either making a paypal account and send the money to you, or just send me back the card and i will try to cover your funds
