Lagg jump is hard to learn but for box glitching u just keep trying till it works

I use Fraps and like as hell!
If you use fraps and your fps is normally 60 set it to 55 it will be 55 al the time.
So if your normal around 40 try 40 or 35.

i said i use Camtasia Studios. but when i open Crossfire and start recording, my game laggs.

So, the first time you did lagg jump you could climb on that boxes in blackwidow
I learned it on those boxes it took me 5 mins to get up there the first time....
