Does Gamestop Blacklist people?

I did a refund with my real name and a drop address last year. Have been trying to do another one with my real address this time around and same name. They literally cancel every order I put in within a few hours. I tried using different CC's and used a vpn and different browser. Still getting canceled. Did they block my real name/real billing info or is gamestop just notorious for canceling orders?

They're really strange about information. I can't get an order placed with them. Repeatedly tells me my billing isn't what is on file with my financial institution on real cards (it is) or privacy (there is no billing info with privacy). And if they do let it go through, they cancel in a couple hours. I have no idea what the issue is.

Maybe anything over a certain amount is getting auto declined? My order was around 950$ Maybe I'll try again later with something sub $500.

Ive read in other forums that gamestop declines certain orders and tells them to go into the store, no matter the price. They are being less stupid when it comes to these "legit orders" people are making.

Haha I meant to what I posted about not being able to get them to ship either. Doesn't apply to my situation and I still can't get them to ship either

Yes they blacklist people. if you google "Gamestop blacklist" you'll find people who have been blacklisted on other forums. Mostly for "abusing" trade-in promos.

However I think I saw one person saying they were blacklisted for fraud (which they denied)

On their auto cancellation emails they used to say they cancelled >$500 orders for first time customers. I had done a similar amount and it was auto cancelled. I ordered a cheap digital game to create an order history but haven't replaced my order yet. waiting a little bit.
