You're HWID was permanently banned, try to install Windows2Go into USB. Then boot Windows2Go. Install BlackShot. Play freely.

You have already tried to create a new account in BlackShot, because the above process will not work to remove the Abnormal Error in accounts that are with Abnormal Error, this process will only serve to remove the Banishment from your machine, see when creating a new account if the Error still get Abnormal Error, if it does not appear in the new accounts then your problem has been solved, the old accounts that had Abnormal still will continue forever

how i said already in the help section , i tried everything , all ways , other windows versions now too but still the same -.-

What he meant is , this only useful for players whom when they create a new account, they still get abnormal action without launching cheats.
This is not for accounts that has abnormal action detected and wanted it to be removed.
