Assisted-Aim with keyboard and mouse?

Guys I thought a way to get assisted aim with keyboard and mouse (i don't know if is possible..)

There are programs (and video tutorials on youtube), like vJoy and other... that allow you to use and detect mouse and keyboard as if they were joystick..

So I thought, if that work, you could use assisted-aim with keyboard and mouse, right?

It would seem to work, but I have trouble configuring all the buttons correctly (I also had no time)!

I recommend everyone to try, maybe you're better than me!

Can confirm this does not work when you use keyboard, when fortnite detects keyboard buttons it automatically goes over to pc controls without aim assist. So somehow you need to make your keyboard buttons to joystick as well. There is no other way around that. And also your mousemovements has to be joystick, everything basically.
This is really hard to do so dont waste your time.

Unless you are buying hardware mouse and keyboard which does this, dont waste time. no programs will do this easy.

Although it could work with the xbox controller remap thing its too much work with litte than no reward. Aim assist doesnt help that much.

This method is used with a lot of games that don't allow you to use KB & Mouse, so it works and doesN't create problems .. why say this?

Has anyone actually got this to 100% work?

I do this sort of, I use the XIM4 Which connects both Keyboard & Mouse along with the controller into the console and Re-Maps all controller functions to keyboard and mouse, The game gives me aim assist while I'm playing with keyboard and mouse, and It's super responsive, I can react faster than I would with a controller! C:
