❓ What to do

Soz, I just got a service from rollsly i've seen that he's banned. I wanted a refund from apple and i see that he's talked to apple support. I'm sorta confused what to do next. He hasn't sent an actual reply since friday which was that he was almost done. So, can the refund still be done or.

Well.. Your best bet is to get him to tell you what exactly what he told Apple Support, and go to another refunder and ask them to help you. You HAVE to tell them what Rollsly has done, so that they can try and fix it, or continue with it.

At the current moment, I believe it's impossible to refund now, as it's been a whole week. However, I have not turned on my device yet either. ( if the refund is still possible) I would still love for a refunder to pm me as soon as possible.

Edit: I also don't know what he's done. All he told me is that i'm supposed to get a refund email 2 days ago, but I haven't received it. According to my email, all he's done was chat with apple support.

You could try contacting other refunders for help, but I'm not sure if they can do much without any information. You can always try and send the device back in to get your money back.
