Chargebacked xdd

I don't remember the user's name but I have the paypal email so do I still make a scam report for chargeback and post the email so no one deals with them orrrr, do i not do anything since i dont have enough evidence of who the user is

Literally looked through all my skype logs and can't find anything about a trade that was made for the amount of xxx
and the amount of xxx was sent on the 26th, but I can't find any trades in my skype logs that were on the 26th

Report it, common practice is to report everyone that is a potentional scammer, jesus, even I knew that when I first started to use the forum back in the 2012-2013.

Doesn't mean squad shit, rules are rules and they're meant to be followed, doesn't matter when you made the account, and when you started to actually use it, common sense and common knowledge about the situations like these 'n being aware of the situation, asking here whatever you should report it, the answer is yes, letting the person run with your money that he paid is in a way a scam.

Check payment date with skype log dates. Search skype ID on google/mpgh search bar on the top right. If you still can't find who it is, make a scam report either way and staff will try to find out who it is.
