Can You Still Hack Legacy?

I made an alt hoping I could hack legacy on it, I know they're on cloud saves now, but I was wondering if there was still a way. If there is I would need some help, I have zero experience when it comes to hacking with DbD.

Yeah I was doing that, got the bypass and everything, but when I injected nothing happened.

I heard adding it now is a lot more detectable, is that true? Haven't done it in a while

It is. Even with legit dates it's a high chance you'll get detected.

no, its not more detectable than a normal save game edit, if you add 10 bp to your savegame and inject it, it's just as detectable than adding legacy.
with legacy you just have to be more careful with your profile. your profile achievements have achievements for first character prestige, and if that date is beyond the legacy patch, you can be banned for that.

Oh, I removed every legacy I had cheated since so many people were agreeing on the point that legacy was detectable.
In the end it's still a very unsafe modification, since as soon as a mod says he wants to check you out, he can easily see you got legacies even if you never wear them, and he can check for the achievement dates (but it'd be enough as well to check the date when the game was bought).
I don't know, gonna wait for few more replies about it to get it back, still felt strange to see this many people thinking legacy is more detectable.

And yes you can hack legacy with save file editor. But i wouldnt take the risk NOW.

None to our knowledge. But if you use common sense you can with a few steps detect who did it wrong. If people placed a wrong date it's a trigger. Accounts created after the legacy ended and with legacy is another trigger... Man the list could go on and on

Of course list is long. The order of character in save file is a thing. If you have for example first character on Json data Freddy, Freddy didn't existed then in the game so your save file is Cleary recent. Characters should be in order from their releases in Json data ( trapper, wraith, Billy, Dwight meg Claudette Jake nurse nea Myers etc...).Also even player ID could say something about you. As devs probably know what id's old players have. If you have steam account made recently they can see that too so if you are not having 2+ year steam this isn't too good. There are also many small things that can determine a save file is hacked or not, i learnt many of them. I worked very hard on my save file and I made it look extremely legit. I even reported myself from different account they probably checked me and I didn't got banned so I guess the save file I build is good.
