In rcs the crosshair doesnt move at all but all spray is controlled. it is very suspicious for even when a teammate is spectating. can there be a normal spray control using crosshair movement?

Possible answer 1: It works by getting the players weaponid -> Get name of weaponid & reading players money from the playerresources ->(i guess).
Possible answer 2: Enabled both functions in the gui and press save.

The crosshair has to move to control the recoil... so what do you mean?

Use another archiver like 7-zip ot try to unpack it with online tools (just google for it).
