You can get the majority of the required materials from Nulgath Larvae or Supplies to Spin The Wheel of Chance, so you can use this bot by @KekkeTex.

You can get the Blood Gems of the Archfiend with this bot by @acid_uzi.

The Elder's Blood comes from a daily quest, you can find it (along with many others) in this bot collection also by KekkeTex.
