IM Down?

Is IM down? I can't seem to connect, when I click chat it just says Disconnected. I've already cleared browser cache, etc. I ever went as far as to uninstalling and reinstalling. Not sure what's going on.

Exactly, Also I was already having convos from last night that probably need replying and I cant..

IMO the older system was way better but at the same time the blue S boi started going downhill with every update

Its just annoying rn since we have like no backup to get to... Alot of customers I only have on IM so I cant contact them any other way.
