Well for starters, you'd probably want to put a CPU in... But if I'm assuming the other many parts are accounted for, the power supply and GPU's should probably be given another thought. At the moment, SLI is horribly optimized for 95% of games and you can often see frame freezing on various AAA titles due to the GPU's taking turns in rendering frames. A single GPU would perform exactly the same, if not smoother, then these two GPU's when you're playing games. Unless you're going to add another GPU down the track, or you're rocking a AMD Threadripper, then you can afford to step down the Power Suppy Wattage a bit, It shows at the top of your build as well, "500W", so you're only halfway to that 1000... Also 144Hz is the highest Hertz monitors people really need, anything higher isn't noticeable, with the majority of users agreeing... Just some things to have a think about
