Google refund/replacement question

I am currently in the process of having a refunder do a google refund for me. The order was started almost 5 weeks ago and throughout the whole process i had not received one email regarding the refund claim. The only email i had ever received was an email from google shortly after i had asked the refunder why i hadnt received any emails from google regarding the situation.
Do you guys know what the google store support email is and how easy is it to spoof that?

Use online chat and chat them up to enquire about your refund

Did you pay for the refund service already?
your refunder should know the status of that refund. Much better if you contact him again about it.

contact the refunder and ask him what went wrong, 5 weeks is a long time bro lol

Firstly you can contact with refunder who did it, he can ask on live chat for you.

5 weeks? google refunds are way much faster. I believe your refunder may have failed

Yeah mine took forever, well over a month now, refunder got a partial even though I returned both replacements.
I had to chat in and get it fixed in like 2 minutes.

It all depends on your refunder, who did yours?

Lesson learned in my case.

I wont name mine because he just got back on mpgh and seems like a good guy, just uber slow... I would have done it myself had he not been vouched for by someone that had done more than a few for me already.

Yeah, i would do refunds myself but i have no clue how to lol. Are there any resources to learn?
