Removing Survivor Timer

I was wondering, is there anyway to remove the survivor and killer lobby timer when using the EasyAntiCheat bypass of Uber. Because I want to play with friends and its very disturbing to leave everytime because of that 1 player that won't ready up.

Not with Uber's bypass.
But: There is always a way, of course!
