Why is IM broken? Why was this introduced? Please fix man I got customers to get to, its harder through PMS

The IM system isn't broken, but it is very ineffective.
1) You have to click twice to actually get into the chat system.
2) Its kind of small, and chat boxes are too small.
3) Not many people know how to add on IM, and once you tab out or disconnect from there, you can't see if you got any new messages unless you go to the original tab.
4) When you first add a person on IM, it shows as undefined.
There are many, many more, just haven't tried as much to find them.
IM was probably one of the worst updates on MPGH for sellers, just ruined their businesses, when people can still very easily scam over IM. They still do the same proccess of tricking sellers. The main point of IM was to check for scammers, but whats the point in checking when the scam has already been completed?
