Reship question?

Reship question?
So we live in Croatia, the VAT rates usually are 25 percent for most things someone would be interested on MPGH, as you probably guessed, if we use an American only SE service we have to go through a reship. General rule is that if the package is below 25 USD they won't bother with it at the border, so faking the declared value should be an obvious answer right? Well reship.com in our case opened our packages without even giving us a notice, and we had to contact THEM to get that solved. They legitimately have like two women working there and they're braindead. So someone has to recommend us a way to cheat the declared value or another us service altogether. We thought that using american reship to ship a package to a low VAT EU member or a VAT free EU place would be smart
Then ship back to croatia
But someone has to elaborate because we have no experience with this
Go use the cheapest shipping option because you have less chance of being checked. And on the reship always enter a lower value of the price of the item.

not always the case though with the lowest cost shipping

and for declaration too low will often lead to you having to give some info about the package, like if you get a pixel and declare it as 23$ chances are they open the package and you pay more than if you were to declare it at 150$

ofc course they open the package in the reship
thats common practice
they need to know that the item youre shipping isnt against their tos and the law

THat's weird. are they declaring their own assessment of the real value of the items? which reship are you using?

I have a reship that fakes the item's dimensions and weight so that you will have no choice but to pay their ridiculous shipping fee.

did they declare the value for you? does sounds like a pretty bad reship if they do that

on mine i was able to declare value myself and pay like 40$ for shipping

It is not the reships fee, it is the 25% VAT for imports to Croatia...
