Sephora refund?

Are carrier investigations different if the package is shipped with USPS or UPS? I have the option to choose which company for shipping on Sephora so Im not sure if using USPS as my carrier will make it any easier of a refund.

I had a refunder do mine about 2 weeks ago (1k limit) my order was like 950
was quick

From my experience, at least in lower amounts, around $50~, they're incredibly easy. My ex-gf double dipped them her first time refunding, ez-pz.

if you have an existing account with them with a history of orders, they’ll be glad to help you get free makeup. my first refund on an existing account was around $350. when i tried again on a fresh account, they were pretty salty and opened carrier investigation.

I got an instant refund on Sephora. No investigation or anything. 17 items, 2 packages, 987 order total
