HP Omen SE Refund. Help.

Hey guys,

So I contacted HP today, told them that my monitor wont turn on. (Talked to two diff reps.) and he said they're mailing me a box to put that monitor in. I obviously don't have the monitor, so what should I do from here? He said replacement gets mailed out once they recieve the box. Any ideas?

They check the box so you cant box them.

advanced replacement, without boxing?? You ever seen the box they sent you? Its like 5 foot tall by 3 foot long

If you cannot get an advanced replacement then try again with a different serial. I have a working method. You just need to be a bit more elaborate.

Hey man, advanced replacement meaning? What do you think if I said that FedEx wont take my package because of the battery hazard in the monitor, or its leaking or something. Thanks for all the replies so far guys.

Advanced replacement will require a virtual credit card and you won't need to box.
You won't be able to get a replacement unless you ship it back to them, regardless of the issue with the monitor.
