Nvidia responding after refund

I received a refund a while ago just waiting for the person to come back so i can pay him.

I have just received a paypal complaint email should i wait the outcome to this before paying the fee?

Don’t pay anyone a fee until they sort it out. Takes 15 minutes on the phone. Did it yesterday.
