{Fabs Source} Where is the file location of the function of tiers i want to add a new type of tier on my serv, am willing to release it as soon as i am done, for other ppl to use, Thanks

Function of tiers? Like that thing what says which tier is your item? If yes, then it is in client files.

Use AstroGrep if you have it to search for it.

Tiers are not made from the server source, rather the client. To do something "complex" like adding a new tier, astrogrep won't do you any good. You'll have to connect the
27.7...X. Client Source to your fabiano swagger of damn.

Maybe you want to move your lazy ass and do a quick search. Action Script wouldn't change, regardless of the source... Perhaps you can find everything in less than 2 minutes, instead of waiting all these hours for a response.
