I assume hacking auric cells won't be possible but how could we get them really cheap to unlock killers/cosmetics?

Yes, use VPN gate and change your IP to Russian Federation (since this is the cheapest currency among the others). Then change your store currency to Russian Federation and key in all the fake infos required.
