2. Open the cheat AS ADMINISTRATOR.
3. Press f9 to toggle the glow on or off

2. How much time until detected?
Only VAC knows that.

question i know its a public cheat but the best way to not get ban .... is to use it not very often ? dont be blatant ? and always wait for the update ?
do you have to delete certain file in cs or steam folder when you use the new one updated cheat

Yeah. The cheats probably get detected within 2 days if they are popular.

So if I use this without it being detected, and without being obvious for overwatch, I can't get banned?
