No word of a lie when I first started SE'ing logitech I put in a rma for the g933 just to learn from my mistakes etc. it was going well, they were offering solutions, nothing helped as usual and surprisingly didnt ask for the item back. They said they rma has been put in for further review and ill get a reply within five days. Its been around a month and a half and I just got a response saying its been accepted. I successfully SE'd 4 other G933s by the time that one was done. Obviously an anomaly but dont expect fast responses either way.
