Chargeback failed, account banned.

Hello I'm in this wierd situation now, I tried to chargeback which has failed on paypal. I wanted to pay cf the chargeback fee and get my account unbanned. But they are asking me to pay the whole amount (amount i attempted to chargeback + the fee). However, I failed the chargeback and it's been 2 months... Where the hell did my money go if cf don't have it nor paypal nor me? Thanks for your help.

They did get it [the money], they want you to pay the whole amount (again) to learn your lesson. It's your fault honestly.
