When the rep asks for email that is associated with the phone!

It would be appreciated if you can help!

Hello, seems as though u just landed , He does not have the phone in his hand, he got the imei , randomly or paid or from a Kelogs cereal box , so the email associated to that IMEI again that he does not have in his hand ,hence he cannot change the email ....
