As title says, why is so difficult (near impossible) to find someone who makes SE services in Europe?
I'm just guessing that Europe is harder to se and the fail rate is so high that it's not worth to open up a service. That's just my guess though

Could be that reason but, why it's USA so easy and here so difficult?
I know Logitech and Fitbit are working but none of the big companies like Google, Apple or Microsoft
Different countries, different systems and policies. For instance, it's just impossible to SE or even refund in my place. Companies would just come to you in person and ask for evidence etc.

This is the right answer.
Companies from smaller countries do inspect every single order and even if you go with partial, there's still a high chance they will ring and come to your house just so they can see, and it's not guaranteed they won't know you're lying.
i can do EU fitbit
Language barrier 90% of the time. If you have to call up locally and they expect you to speak a language you don't speak then you're fucked
Lol customer service does not exist here. You complain they tell you to leave and laugh lol

But we don't need foreign SEr's (I don't know how to say that), we need local SEr's that knowing the procedure, can put in practice and do the job for us.
I can still refund some of the stores in EU, using a reship.
