Personally Like The Second, All Topics Right-Handed And The Space Below The Char Is Used.
Both are cancer.
Looks pretty amateur with all the different fonts, angles, random composition.

The first one I guess.
I don't want to discourage criticize or anything but might want to work on that design consistency. E.g fonts, maybe colors? (change or add more detail to background?)

I think 2nd one catches my eye better.

Good start, could use some work. Look at how magazine companies format their text and placement. tbh not digging the font/style of the magazine
Second one if I had to choose between the two. I would go for a clean cut professional look. Looks like a amateur as @Doc said.
