this is a virus, when I opened the .exe file avast pop up and said that is a virus on the file a opened. Please be careful

You have to disable your anti to dload most hacks

Google "false positives" noob..

This is the reason hacks have to be tested and approved, uploaders also have to provide 2 virus scans..
