i want thread based Channel for mysellpage thread customers and me

only in 1 week i got 50 friend requests and many of them never get online in 7days. people can make requests fast in that Thread Base Channel so i can share my paypal there as a payment or a link for payment page. Like Attached to channel in *******. http://prntscr.com/kcjk4gⓘ example
