eBay iPhone XS - Wtf?

I recently came across a listing on eBay for 3 iPhone Xs or Xs Max (I forgot) and they were dirt cheap, I'm talking about $150-$250 each and they were listed as brand new, and the seller had 100% positive feedback, so they can't be replicas. Could the possibly be refunded iPhones? I asked the seller but he kindly ignored me, possibly to not reveal how he got them or why they're not counterfeirt.

And then - how is it possible to even refund that many iPhones?

its a cracked ebay account
they have instant payment and cashout the money they made and then bin the account

But isn't the Instant Payment option only for Paypal? If so, how do they don't get their PPs banned too that quickly...

instant in paypal and transfer straight away, they get banned really quickly
but it occurs on a mass scale

but its not that easy to list something on a cracked ebay to a new pp. Ebay have security measures. Its been cut down a lot since.

just imagine if you would refund iphones, would you really be a retard and sell them for 200$ each or try to get close to 900$ ?

those super cheap phones are always cracked accounts where people try to mass scam as many people as possible

Its a scam, accounts get hacked, popular items get listed for 90% off to lure in dumb buyers. the scammer collects the cash, the buyer is left waiting weeks til they finally file a claim with ebay. The buyer gets a full refund while the scammer leaves with all the money hes collected from idiots. been very popular scam for the last 2 years.

of course your protected but i mean if you wanna waste 2-3 weeks to get a refund sure go ahead. You arent getting an iphone for 90% off or whatever. Thats just common sense, if it were legit it wouldve been gone way before you wouldve saw it. Used your head and even check the ebay reddit, plenty people post about it daily finding items for cheap and not getting shit and crying asking how ebay can allow someone to hold their money and waste their time.
