What's going on with the ANDROID Argentina method?

I'm talking about the Samsung store method, are they banning Device IDs? IMEI? HW Serial?

I already tried spoofing all of those with Xposed but my purchases are still failing with the 'server error'. Also tried with different Samsung accounts, different credit cards, different ROMs, etc but nothing has worked.

Or is this a generalized problem? Are they blocking all purchases from everyone? Is it because of the argentinian peso?
It worked fine for a week or so... but I think I made too many purchases

Epic has a system that if you have too many failed payments attempted theyre gonna blacklist/temp purchase ban you

example:
6:30am - Failed attempt of purchase because of payment method
6:31am - Failed attempt of purchase because of payment method

you're going to get a "cooldown" set in place, so you wont be able to buy anything for a few hours up to a week, but if you keep trying they will extend the cooldown or blacklist you because they think you are carding.

6:35am - Failed attempt of purchase because of payment method

Increased cooldown or payment method ban.

could be related to the other issues people have been having as well, who knows. I'm just stating what has happened to me before when I attempted to buy a ton of vbucks in a short amount of time, this was my personal experience a few months ago.

I don't think this is EPICs doing, because purchases also fail in PUBG, I suspect this might be Samsung's fault.

Also I never had a failed payment before this error started happening. My cooldown might be over a year long tho cause I tried way too many times to see if it was solved.

By the way, I was selling v bucks to locals. Made ~20 purchases in a week.. it might be that, but I don't know how to get around the ban as I don't know what they are using to ID me.
