New Section

I've noticed that over time more and more multi-tools are being released. They are quickly filling up the general section and I was thinking that we should have a new section for tools. I get more and more annoyed every day when 10 multi tools are released that all do mostly the exact same things.

EDIT: By general section I mean the general hacks section.

The problem of lots of multi-tools peaked months ago, adding the section now is a bad idea.

There are already plenty of sub sections.

And the creator's would be upset that their tools would not be getting publicity anyway.

I agree with both but seriously all we see now are tools

Personally I'd like to see each coder be required to release their tools on 1 thread. Then if you want one of "such and such" users releases you go to their thread. I agree there are a lot of seemingly useless utilities and hack packs but you can't deny people the right to create them and at least they are trying.

Make a sticky thread for each person and force them to have the mods post for them

How would we do the title if we have a lot of programs?

Well at the very LEAST force them to post updates to utilities to the same thread.

I also think they should add a limit to thread starting so only people with 50+ posts, non-spam, can start new threads.

But for the title IDK.

1:yea i think there should be but there should at the same time cuz the multi tool makers would start saying "WTF they are hacking arent they" then alot of ppl would get banned for flaming and everything u know its good without a extra section just a limit of how many multitools are posted

Yep. I'm fluent in 7 spoken languages and 1 signed.

I dont see why release them when another person made the same thing

Multi-tools are released because they are easy to make and people want to up their thanks and make popular thread.
