Ban Appeal for Flames

This appeal is for my main account @Flames which just got banned for "Sending outside links via IM" which I realize was because of my Disc0rd Server Link but this does not have to be a PERMANENT ban from the forum. Seems really unfair for that even though I realize that it was against the rules. I did not scam. I did not lie. I did not hurt anyone. I was just ignorant and didn't read/follow the rules. I just bought Premium Seller on that account just yesterday for $100 btc and I got banned within 24 hours after purchasing. @arunforce you can confirm I did since I msged you saying that the link doesn't work. I feel like I am the one getting scammed now. I have helped MPGH admins out before as well whether it be currency exchange or just talking in general as friends. I am sincerely asking for an unban, this was nothing serious but I know I am a good person. This has been demonstrated through my vouches. Give me a second chance. You won't regret it. The server is basically also used as an alternative marketplace system so people don't have to use mpgh's

That was not and never will be my intention. Look I know we got off on the wrong foot on the skyp group chat which is also banned on MPGH but ironically you still use it. The ***** group mainly used for us to chat we dont constantly invite people to it. Also not including you invited over 100+ people to a server and even had your own vouch copy system setup on the server >.>

I find it hard to believe that someone can be "ignorant" about the rules when they have to bypass a filter in place for a reason to advertise.

I'll put my 2 cents here since I don't want to see someone I deal with getting fucked constantly. @Ally you're obviously trying to make it seem that Flames was out to replace the MPGH marketplace but that obviously wasn't the case. This was the outcome of people flocking to Flames since he's better then most refunders as he actually fucking responses when you message him. I'll admit Flames can be rude at some times but that doesn't make him a bad man. From what I can grasp at the situation you're just looking for revenge since you got butt hurt at something Flames said by reporting him for something everyone else does. Literally big names have ******* servers and advertise it. I think that this deserves a temp ban since it is a rule and make an exception for one, you'll make an exception for two but I don't believe this warrants a perm ban. Are you guys really gonna perma-ban one of the best refunders on this platform because he was trying to make communication between him and his customers easier? A few years back I used to be way more active on this forum on an alt account, sometime around the ebook monetization days and can personally tell you that people were not this petty. Joker whatever Flames said to you, just let it go please dude, words are just words at the end of the day but actions are actions and actions have consequences. The consequence here is that this forum will lose a good man, an foul mouthed good man.

Already said this before, whatever he says to me doesnt equate to what people say to me on hvh. His insults and stuff are the equivalent of kindergarten insults dude. Also regardless hes spending the time to send invites to people when it's clearly not allowed. I dont know what other sellers dm their customers as I dont buy from people. Hes also not the best refunder on the site. Hes also not even a good man considering what I heard from a past scam report of not wanting to refund someone. User also offers services like Amazon refunding which isnt allowed. Regardless its Dave's final say dude + stop getting users from the ******* to spam pointless posts on the thread

the server was purely for convenience. it only meant that orders were managed better and was considered an extension of the MPGH marketplace. unban pls

At this point you're either actually that ignorant or you're feigning it, not to be rude just can't think of a better word. Just about every refunder offers amazon, and I KNOW because I ASKED unlike you who ASSUMES. Best is determined by a number of things and one of the most important factors in terms of quality would be response, try messaging any refunder and see how long they take to respond much less actually perform the refund. Even if he does say junk that is rude, he's STILL way more polite than people like Dynasty which is a big name. Go look at the amount of scam reports he has and how he handles it, at least Flames responds and gives the person his time rather than saying shit like "I'm rich and shit so this isn't worth my time, I would refund you but this kid just bites me the wrong way". What you hear is different from what actually is, he may be foul mouthed I'll give you that but by no means is he a bad person, if he was truly bad then he would've not given his time to someone who would bite him back like you. He reminds me of a teacher, when was the last time the teacher denied you help? Never, Flames ALWAYS responds to stupid questions on support even if they are stupid, he pretty much never ignores them. I came on here on my own regard, I responded without anyone telling my shit, we're here to show support to a good man.

just let him go with a warning or a temp ban, i think perma bans should only be for scammers. he hasnt done any harm to anyone and has always fulfilled his services

#FreeFlames He was there to do a refund for me when none of the other refunders responded! If you saw how his ticket system worked you would see the server is just a way to keep track of orders and not a separate market place. He's a good guy that let his server get out of hand. Hope you guys can find some middle-ground!

There are refunders who I have spoken to, who don't bother explaining anything. Big names. Ask them a basic question and all you got is silence, or a 1 liner. Meanwhile, here is Flames, trying to talk to everyone, clear out doubts, questions and he gets banned. GG. ******* makes it easier to ask him anything quickly and get a response. If one of the best refunders out there gets a ban, dunno what sustains. At least the guy gets his things done. Before time.

There is no reason Flames should be banned from MPGH just because Jokers was butthurt. The ******* has benefitted everyone who wanted a refund from Flames, allowing people to ask questions and everyone being able to answer them. This helps out Flames by spending less time chatting, and having more time to do refunds. The vouch system on disc0rd is just for convenience, and Flames always asks to vouch on the forum aswell after every refund. Rules are rules, but when it is because of someone trying to help everyone out, it is unjustifiable for them to be perm-banned. This can be seen with every other refunder on MPGH, where people constantly complain about communication issues when all they have is the IM system. I have never seen anyone complain about Flames, he is 100% the most active refunder out there. Jokers’ claim that it is an alternative marketplace system to MPGH is absolutely false, since it is mostly used for discussing refunds and Flames doing refunds.
