Paypal refund unauthorized

Hi, someone can explain me how this method works? I read a lot ot posts and I tried to do that, but it doesn't work. Is this method still working? Could you explain me how I have to do?
I think I have to buy a game on g2a, for example, and then I have to open a dispute on paypal with unauthorized claim. But I have to use some vpn to do this?

I don't remember seeing anyone really doing this often but it was just running a VPN, buying something with the paypal then back on your wifi claim that the payment was unauthorized

Yes I know, but the problem for me is how do you use vpn for this method? You have to use vpn while you ar buying something from paypal? All people say you can't use vpn on paypal..

If you use a VPN to make a purchase and then you maybe a couple days later make a unauthorized claim without your VPN on it might work. I've not tried it but it kinda makes sense.

i used another pc to login to my paypal and it got limited, let alone using a vpn... smh
