Well made bot - had it running for a hour or so now. No problems so far.

Have fun soloing something that has base ~50k damage.

Short answer - yes.
Long answer - why? The two weapons it drops ain't really that good - the Icewing General quest rewards more exp as you can kill it faster - even if you 5 man the Warlord.
To solo it though - I only found I am able to do it with ChronoAssassin - could try out Thief of Hours - though it uses too much mana (Chrono attacks alot and you keep dodging so you get it back considerably) Ofcourse - this isn't the best idea - as you can still get unlucky and he will get one hit in. 125k crits are great btw.

Doesn't work with ToH, it isn't consistent enough.

Depends on how your class is against a 23k hp monster. If you can pretty much one shot it like VHL - probably faster to use VHL with exp boosting items for around 30k per completion. If you're lets say - Oracle. You will take longer to kill it - so probably more efficient to use the packet spammer.
