If you didn't change to use aim you neet to click ALT

You can enable aimbot by using the hotkey for it but to actually have it work you need to hold the aim key.

How do i know the aimbot works because when i click ALT , it doesnt lock onto the player or anything

By default the aimbot has smoothing so it doesn't "snap" to enemies, if you want it snap to enemies, set the smooth to 1 and FOV to 360.

No, it's just the default settings. To find the best settings, you need to experiment.

you could put the aimbot to work as in the v2.0.1

Whats wrong the current aimbot? It works perfectly...
