Hello, first of all did i understand that right:
1. add 20€ to my steam account
2. use vpn and change region and buy auric cells
3. disable vpn and change region back

??

and most websites say argentia has the cheapest wallet that it is 3 times cheaper than russian rubel, do you know if that is right ? because in all threads here, the ppl. say to use russian wallet

i suggest you to charge 25€ because you can't get the 12500 ac with only 20€ in rub! For other currencies i can't help you cuz i wish to know the buying power too.
Ps you should wait 2 days after you added money, just to be sure
