I want to make one thing clear that the small symbols you see on top of the main text are just for arabic learners to learn pronounciation, on top of the fact that the picture you showed is arabic calligraphy which is basically cursive in English

Once you know this then compare these two (I have drawn in the word on top of the toilet paper)
