[ Windows / MAC ] Cetera RX & Revenant RV
Well, let's try this again... (thread remake) (and thank you to Psychotic for helping fix the issues going on with the last thread )
Read the Documentation for Cetera & Revenant's Bot Manager here!

Highlighting features in this update is the rewrite of how the bot handles Combat & Quests, and the introduction of "Reset If Statements". Also, Slugfit is now targettable.

What are reset if statements?
Reset if statements will reset to the most recent "If Statement checkpoint" in the list if and only if the statement is true. If the statement is false, it continues past it.
For example: In this image, if the "Reset if statement" in index #5 is true, then it will reset to index #3 (the most recent checkpoint)


Cetera and Revenant have similar changelogs because they both received most of the same treatments
Revenant is the Lite version of Cetera where performance, and simplicity is everything

So, apparently, some people have been getting stutters in the Flash Projectors. To fix that issue, I've supplied an exe version of Cetera & Revenant that are not flash projectors. Be warned: Map loading is slow, but the FPS performance is amazing.

When I open Cetera RX - Flash Projector it stops on the Cetera loading screen in 0%.

Edit: The same thing happens on Revenant RV - Flash Projector.

That's an odd issue to hear about from the Flash Projector. Try clearing your flash cookies. Only other thing I can think of is that something is hindering you from connecting to AQW.

Btw, I'm trying to run it on Linux through Wine.

Edit: I can run the old version of Cetera and the old version of Revenant, but I can't run the newest version.

I think the problem is both the windows versions of bots requires the windows 10 version, wine is most stable on windows xp/7 configs.
I'm using the mac version of wine, as the above says, the flash projector works but stays 0% and the other never opens, but the older versions work fine.
Lastly while the zinc mac version is good and does work on my system, the problem is the cookies on the player does not save so it will have to load them every time on reopen.
That said the new features made me reconfig my old bots and made them better so thanks.

The new versions do use a newer version of flash player by 2 versions compared to the old versions. It probably sounds like one of Adobe's flash security patches are causing this issue.

Hopefully this problem does not hinder you from being able to use Cetera or Revenant to their full extent. If they somehow do, please do tell me in detail of what's going on so I can be sure to patch it.

Thanks man, it works well if the quest is in the same place as the map, so no further issues in there, the quest that do are one that lets you do go to multiple maps like the nulgath birthday pets. It will slow down so much and sometimes won't load the map at all.
If you want info of the older version of catera/revenant that I am using it is Catera R9.1/Revenant R4.1 as it works well on wine and saves cookies.

Figured out the problem. It's WINE being unable to connect to HTTPS. If you manage to find a way to get your WINE to successfully connect to HTTPS servers, the flash projectors for Cetera RX & Revenant RV should most definitely, and positively work.
I've been researching to see if there is a WINE solution for this, but so far I can't find one. Hopefully you'll have more luck.

Maybe downgrading the flash to windows xp/7 or lower versions might work. If it does not I'll try and see if I can find solutions if I have the time, I have been configuring my wine so much that I can run programs that wasn't be able to run the first time

not sure if this has been fixed but the if item not in temp doesnt seem to be working or im using it wrong, it completely skips over it
