On the v39 update, the aimbot seems to be completely disabled, as we cannot interact with it.
On the other part, I've seen that ray tracing feature isn't crashing the game now, I don't know why.

It doesn't work, When I enable it and use the aimbot keys, it does nothing.

The aimbot issues will be resolved in the next update.
