Question about fitbit services (refunds?) and stuff

I have no idea how that works. Is that like, seller orders me a watch and i get it and he refunds or? I was always intrigued to buy a few of those but I'm really not sure what I'm getting myself into as someone can easily sway me "politically" and claim my money without being banned just because I'm not properly taught in that field. I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this. I just looked where for where can I post questions.

yes i think its accessory only otherwise company cant take big losses

they have been fked for years now, they havent done anything though so i presume they are fine.

No I was saying you don't get accessories, only the pebble (main electronic piece).

Yes, it is warranty fraud however rather unlikely to get punished I suppose.
