[Question & discovery] attributes.rez file extracted everything in the .rez file into

ok so i was just looking around online on how to open/edit .rez files and blah blah blah came across a download yada yada yada and so i extracted attributes from the .rez and so i got all these files put into a folder that are Text documents...but when i looked at one of the text documents its all jibberish! not even readable :\ so here are the names of them or better yet here are the files...please i dont want to get banned or anything im just sharing this along to people who don't have the files to edit.

and i don't know how to do virus scans >.< sorry about that but i promise you guys no viruses unlike other assholes on the internet -__-

oh almost forgot the question part: are any of you able to decode the text documents so they are readable? xD

no offence, but i think everyone this site has extracted attributes.rez already, i have tried for countless hours trying to crack it, but ive gotten nowere... its ALMOST impossible

i never said that i just extracted the attributes.rez file to find out that it had a whole lot of text documents and i found 2 that said somthing relating to damage so if those are readable and editable then people will be able to make there gun kick powerful ass!

well, anyone here can extract these files... so this post wasent really needed...

so its the files need to be readable so u guys can edit them correct?

yes, at the momet, no one has been able to read the files to make any sort of change
