Are Refunding Services Illegal?

Hello, I was wondering in the US would the refunding services be illegal, like maybe fraud or something of the sort because you did actually get the product and then you just refund it.

whitehouse scam, or refund fraud is illegal but I really don't think anything will happen to the refunder/consumer if everybody does everything correct and not sign.

Damn, if the product is worth more than $950 it is up to 3 years in prison and $10,000 in fines for refund theft the fuck.

Things may be different in Tanzania, but of course theft is illegal. We may not cut hands off, like your country, we'll just take your freedom and money. Honestly I know of no place that a doesn't see this as illegal... If you truly have to ask, you must live in some wonky ass land that doesn't have much morals.

Theft = bad
Theft = illegal
Theft in America = no freedom and no money until your time/money is paid
Theft in Africa = Your hand is cut off. That's it.

How tf are you asking if theft is illegal when you will legitimately get your god damn hand cut off in Africa for theft??? Sure, other continents aren't as barbaric, but it's still globally frowned upon?

Again, theft is bad and illegal in probably every part of the world. I'd also like to think this moral applies universally, but who knows.

I mean alot of people just say they didnt get one of the items (partial) which actually has happend for real so stores basicly have no chance. obviously its illegal but they cant do much.

Reminder that one of the main reasons a lot of laws exist is only to protect the ultra rich's capital and nothing else.
Billionaire bankers are convicted of fraud of billions and get off with fines (aka legal for the rich), while the homeless get 20 years for stealing $100.

Yeah it's illegal, but taking from the pockets of those that have already taken from yours is cool.

Ofc it's illegal. last year I had to pay the gov around 8k in tax that's what I call stealing.

You are trying to get people to tell you its not illegal or not that bad. You will get jail time and you will probably have to pay it off. If you do it smart than the chances get lowered quit a bit but the chance of getting caught is still there. AMEN
