Regarding stealth PayPals
Anyone here that sells stealth Paypals or has bought one, what's the level of verification? Is it just linked with a VCC/VBA and gets ripped after receiving 2.5k when they start asking for id and poa or is it actually verified with a fake doc and proof of address?

From a paypal stealth seller point of view, It's totally blackhat to purchase accounts fully verified with IDs. People write "fully verified" while the accounts just have the vcc / vba linked to them lifting the limits. The really fully verified accounts go for much higher than the vcc vba paypal stealth. If you're euopean I can make a personal account from your country (no U.K. thanks brexit) so your IP address will be alright.

Yeah that's what I thought as well, quite confusing when people claim they're "fully verified" and then sell them for $10-20. Need ID and address verification to have business PayPal and sell on Ebay tho.

2.5K is the EU receiving limit, you can just submit photo shopped ( Fake ) docs at this point. Its not blackhat since all details are just fake, i.e no identity theft.
