So it finally happened. Tried to do a dispute. Got fucked and they limited my account. So I was wondering if I report all the cards I had on there missing and get new cards and open a different bank account can I just make a new account after that?

You need a new name and IP among everything else new address linked to the cards.

PayPal don’t fuck around

Paypal is very risky. You have to find a really high quality vpn in order not to get caught, among the obvious name and all info changes.

Were you trying to do Corsair when it happened?

You can use same name, just order a new card and you good to go. Don’t stress too much about address and IP. They will limit your paypal some day anyway.

Use stealth PayPals and read how you are supposed to use them, you won't have even problem if someone open cases

Did you try doing a company dispute or a paypal to paypal transfer dispute?
