Updated Quest IDs

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if there is an updated list of quest IDs here, because I keep finding lists from 2017 and older and I'm not sure if they are safe to use. Thanks in advance!:)

These are quest ids I'm using rn and they're last updated December 2018 well maybe it's 100% safe as long as u do not take the rare ones.
