Problems with paypal

Tried to refund 2 oneplus 6t
They ask for police report.
Should i get it? i mean would they pursue the matter further?

No, you shouldn't do it, it's extremely risky to make a police report. I mean tho you tryna scam them and then you want to open a police report?that's not really a good idea, next time just use one of hundreds SE/Refund guys on this forum, they might know better how to act in this situation.
But again, I wouldn't open a police report because that's basically a free fish for them if they really investigate this shit.

Was the package left on your door? Have you done past police reports? Remember, this is above $1000, which means grand larceny, thus the police may investigate.

No, it's very risky to do something like this from my perspective.

honestly is not really worth the risk for what your even doing.. just wait a few days and claim 'oh never mind i got home today and package was delivered' or some shit like that and then you can try to return for refund with oneplus

Police report could work if you stick to your story, but it would not be a good idea. I wouldnt take the risk and just return them
