It should be working just fine in a glitched room. Just be careful if you have to attack a boss and the room is glitched , you might not be able to turn in the quest. Since the bot "Attack monster" command will just be thinking that you're still attacking him even though you just killed him, but the respawn rate is very quick so the bot will be confused.
That's actually a server issue not a glitching issue.
Just rejoin the map or try a different map.
