Idk how much you tested this, but something to keep in mind is that this can crash you or activate the autoban system if it knife swipes too many times per second
Does this still work?

For real? I didn't know that. I was about to download and try it for myself, but if that is true, then crap.

Played with it for about a week. account still isn't banned. i wouldn't worry it seems like valofe doesn't care much about the game

Oh, awesome! I'll try this out on an alternate account for sure.
So I tried this out on an alternate account and it works! Made some players angry because of this LOL
this is cool i may try it
Yeah, they've given up on the game lol
This is an optional request, but can you do the same thing for the M9 Professional, Veteran, Elite and Champion knives too?
If you can't or don't want to, then it's okay. Just asking.

Idk how much modding experience you have, but if you use the RezModding tools (should be posted here somewhere on the first or 2nd page), use RezXtract on the modded rez file downloaded from here, find the modified ANI/PVMLA/PV file for this basic M9 knife (don't have this stuff in front of me so can't give exact names), copy them to another folder, rename them to the Professional/Vet/Elite/Champ files, inject them back into the rez file, do the same with texture dtx files and you're good to go
@dugindog I did find a way to crash the game via super knife and get banned lol Knife swings just have to be 1 per every 5ms or less

I personally have never tried modding before, but I guess it doesn't hurt to try it out myself. I managed to follow most of the directions you provided to me, which included using RezXtract. Pretty straight forward at that point on. I was not entirely sure how to inject with texture dtx files, as I was confused on that part.
I tried attempting to do this on a different knife like for example, the Kukri, but failed as nothing changed in game. I think I might have been completely off-track here. This is what happens when you're trying to mod for the first time.
Edit 1: Injecting the texture dtx files are self-explanatory for me, so I kind of figured that part out. It's that when I have the outcome files GUNS_M_PV_MELEE.rezNew and GUNS_T_PV_MELEE.rezNew, they don't work when I put them into my Test folder. I tried renaming them to "M9PROFESSIONAL" or even without renaming them and nothing worked.

You need to change the extension to .rez from .rezNew, then put it in the bypass folder. Sorry, forgot to mention that

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but when you say the bypass folder, you mean the Test folder in the game's folder right?
I was met with a message if I wanted to rename the former .rezNew files to GUNS_M_PV_MELEE (2).rez instead, in which I had to because by saying no, the file will remain as .rezNew. I booted up the game to see if any changes were noticed, nothing still. I decided to see what happens if I just change the extension only to .rez and replace the basic M9 knife to (let's say in this case) the Kukri instead; sadly nothing. I finally tried renaming the injected .rez files to a specified melee name that will end before ".rez" with an underscore; no difference.
I was just about to thank you for helping me, until after witnessing these failed results myself. I do apologize if this is a back-and-forth affairs of "not working" posts, if I just ain't doing it right, or if I just feel dumb.
